30 DAY CHALLENGE

The 30 Day Challenge starts with a 1 kilometre run on Day 1. Each consecutive day add 1 kilometre to the run, for example, on Day 2 run 2 kilometres. Continue to do this for 30 consecutive days so on Day 30 run 30 kilometres.
