YOGA & PILATES

We believe you can't achieve excellence unless you are both mentally and physically at your best.

As a result, we provide physical development through low impact Yoga and Pilates classes. Not all of us can go for a 5km run each day but we can all enjoy the body and mind benefits of Yoga and Pilates.

We provide:

  • regular live Yoga and Pilates classes.

  • 1-on-1 Yoga or Pilates classes.

  • an extensive online library of pre-recorded yoga and pilates classes.

  • an online library of meditations.

Select from:

Regular Live Classes:

Wednesday 7:30pm = Pilates

Like everyone, our "regular" or "normal" has changed, and as such we now offer Yoga and Pilates as an online library, so you can stay connected, active, and provide yourself with some relief from the surreal lifestyle we now live.

Included in the online library are meditations to help calm the mind and control the stress of everyday life.

Classes vary from short 20 minute classes through to full 60 minute classes. We have plenty of variety in terms of the focuses as well so if you need a spark up in the morning our "Wake Me Up" class is very popular right through to preparing yourself at night for improved sleep with our "Let Go" Meditation.

OOur physical capabilities have a major impact on our mental well being.

One without the other is like a contest without an opposition ..... it's just not the same.

So we combine both; we up skill our clients on how to create a positive physical presence using Yoga and Pilates.

Those that do either Yoga or Pilates, or both, understand how they can vary in intensity from a relaxing stretch to a lung busting, muscle burning session.

We cater to your physical needs.

Why physical stimulus with mental skill development?

"that exercise has an immediate positive impact. Exercise releases neurotransmitters that can curb stress levels and increase overall mental wellbeing. One of those neurotransmitters is serotonin, which provides that happy, unbeatable feeling immediately after exercise."

"low to medium intensity exercise provides the greatest gain in feeling energised, remaining alert for longer, and feeling more creative."

"when we exercise we use an energy source called ATP, which is produced from mitochondria. Exercise increases the production of the mitochondria which in turn increases the supply of ATP. Each time you exercise, your body will have adapted with more mitochondria which create more energy."

"that exercise slows the process of neurogenesis, or the degeneration of brain cells. Exercisers retain more usable brain cells for longer."
